Chinese Fir (Cunninghamia lanceolata) is a large conifer growing to 50m in its native China and East Asia. It has a very prehistoric look being a primitive member of the Cupressaceae family, it has stiff lance shaped leaves spirally arranged and a unique shaped cone. Uncommon in gardens.
