Kentucky Yellowwood (Cladrastis kentukea) is a small to medium-sized deciduous tree typically growing 10–15 metres native to the Southeastern United States with a very restrictive range, found principally on the limestone cliffs of Kentucky, Tennessee and North Carolina. Kentucky Yellowwood is very rarely cultivated in Australia, with its wisteria like flowers it will make a striking contribution to any garden.
